Hello. I'm Josh Hayward, a director living in New York.

I love telling human-centered, cinematic and provocative stories that grab the viewer and present a unique, sensorial perspective on the world. With a background in post-production and design, I look for opportunities to mesh varied elements into a cohesive whole. My experience includes working at Digital Kitchen as a creative and live-action director, and my work has been recognized by groups such as Communication Arts, The FWA, Cannes Lions, and The One Show. My documentary A Girl’s Life, which tells stories of Nairobi’s urban poor, was recently featured by The New York Times at their Women in the World Summit.
